On the 12th of April, SHINee absolutely made the crowd go wild at the Los Angeles K-Pop Festival! The event was held at the Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum and Sports Arena in LA, California. The concert was organised by KBS in celebration of the 111th anniversary of the Korean-American Immigration and was greatly anticipated by thousands of K-Pop fans. The artist line-up for the show included, 2PM, CN Blue, Infinite and many other artistes, including contemporary boyband, SHINee (sans Minho).

The festival started with a special opening act sung by all idols that were present on the event. They sung ‘When You Go to LA’ with the SHINee members donning black-themed outfits for the opening show.

The event showcased special collaboration stages of various idols, including SHINee and Infinite. The shining members of SHINee performed “Colorful”, one of the tracks from their latest mini-album, “Everybody”. It was soon followed by SHINee’s rapper-vocalist, Key and Infinite’s Woohyun, taking the stage as ToHeart to perform their fun and lively song, “Delicious”! Infinite came out soon after to sing one of their hit tracks, “Man In Love”.

The festival saved the best act for last and after various performances of the grand concert, SHINee finally conquered the stage. The screams of the fans definitely reached its loudest pitch as the boys kicked off their performance by singing “Beautiful”, followed by “Why So Serious”, the main single of their “Misconceptions of Me” album and finally wrapped up the stage with their electrifying hit song, “Lucifer”!

The evening ended with all of the performers gathered at the stage together. They sang Korea’s traditional song, “Arirang”, while holding both the Korean and American flags as a symbol of the two nations’ strong friendship.
